Excellent Chef Knife
I’m extremely happy with this knife. The build quality is outstanding and the M390 steel holds an edge incredibly well. It feels solid and balanced in hand, and the Merlot G-10 handle not only looks great but provides a very comfortable grip while working in the kitchen. The stonewash finish is a nice touch and gives it a clean, durable look. On top of that, the people behind this business are genuinely kind and great to work with. It’s always nice supporting a company that cares about both their products and their customers. I love everything about this knife and would absolutely purchase from them again.
