New factory second from Microtech Knives.  Knife does not have any functional issues, just cosmetic.  This knife retains Microtech's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This knife did not pass quality control but we couldn't see what they deemed as defects on this one.  We do our best to inspect each knife to find the blems if possible.  Assume there are more blemishes then seen.
