Microtech Scarab
The Microtech Scarab is a robust OTF knife that delivers as intended. Other OTF knives tend to be petite or smaller in frame with a smaller blade. The scarab is bulkier in nature with a thicker and more balanced blade to handle ratio. The heft and spring force conveys a serious knife that is both practical and fun at the same time. While I am not a fan of the inlays, you can always swap the inlays for another material of your choice from a third party (this does void the warranty sadly) that will in my humble opinion, enhance the overall aesthetic. My only gripe is that I wish Microtech would offer titanium variants as opposed to aluminum. They would sell out instantly. For those looking for a good OTF, Microtech is good option in spite of the market options that are either radically cheap or insanely expensive.
