New factory second from Microtech Knives.  Knife does not have any functional issues, just cosmetic.  This knife retains Microtech's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This knife did not pass quality control as there are blemishes on the front of the handle.  We do our best to inspect each knife to find the blems if possible.  Assume there is at least one blemish somewhere.

No returns due to unseen blemishes as some are hard to catch!
