New factory second from Microtech Knives.  Knife does not have any functional issues, just cosmetic.  This knife retains Microtech's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This knife did not pass quality control as the side of the handle has a blemish.  We do our best to inspect each knife to find the blems if possible.  Assume there is at least one blemish somewhere.

No returns due to unseen blemishes as some are hard to catch!
