New factory second from Microtech Knives.  Knife does not have any functional issues, just cosmetic.  This knife retains Microtech's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This knife did not pass quality control due to belmishes on the front and back of the handle.  We do our best to inspect each knife to find the blems if possible. 

No returns due to unseen blemishes as some are hard to catch!
